I have been getting my nails done by Ann for several years. Followed her from one salon to the next. She's now based in Carlton. There are countless nail salons, of course, but rare to find a reliable, professional, consistent and caring nail artist who puts in quality work.I have amazing looking nails and hands, thanks to Ann. She is extremely creative with her nail designs. She is very attentive and does not rush the job, real value for money.Highly recommend for you to make an appointment ahead of time, it'll be worth it!

Extremely disappointed by the service I received here. I was recommended by a friend so I decided to give it a go. The lady that done my infills was extremely slow and most definitely not trained properly. Nails where uneven and very poorly done. After just 1 week my nails where peeling and cracking so I had to go get them redone elsewhere. The lady then did not know how to paint my nails even though what I was asking for was very simple the owner then told me she would fix them even then they where all uneven and the French tip line was not straight. It was a very bodgy job and it took almost 3 hours I waisted my time and money I definitely do not recommend!!!

Ann does an amazing job and has strong attention to detail. You can see she clearly cares about the quality she is producing and doesn't just race through to get the job done as quickly as possible. Whilst she is $5-$10 more expensive than other places, you definitely are paying for higher quality and technical ability.

I did gel nail polish and manicure for the first time and the staff was very accomodating and professional. They are quick, have a huge array of colours and are fairly priced. Highly recommend.

An creates consistently amazing nails, using shellac, gel and SNS. Ive been going to her for years and every time I come out with gorgeous nails.

The best nails i have ever had done!The girls are lovely, they are kind and gentle and do such a professional job on your nails. Very high attention to detail, you can see how much they care about what they do.Also the shop is super clean and very hygienic.I highly recommend this nail salon!

I first came to this nail salon through Groupon and I am very glad that I did! I now have my nails done here every 3/4 weeks and they never chip! I have even had other salons tell me that SNS doesn't suit my nails, but when I have them done here they always last and look great.The ladies are also really lovely, it's the most comfortable I have felt in a nail salon. They do a great job and you can tell they take pride in their work.Would highly recommend!
