Adam was very informative with his advice on necessary replacement parts required, original verse aftermarket copies allowing me to decide on the pros and cons of the parts along with the cost of both. While working on the car they take notice of brake pads estimating km life left, assess tyre wear rotate if required, shock absorbers, check wipers, and all essential mechanical parts, fluid levels even in the washer bottle, cabin filters, and many other checks outside of the log book requirement check list. When i drive away I'm not worried about tyre pressures fluid top ups, or whether the manufactures recommended oil was used. I would like to thank Adam for diligence and his ability to select fantastic mechanics to work in his business, so i don't need to worry who's working on my car.

Adam and his team fitted our 2 cars with child restraints. Service was prompt and professional each time, with the staff showing me how to correctly secure the seatbelt etc. After I recently had to take my car back to the dealership for a part recall, the seat was not properly reinstalled. I called Adam who did not hesitate to invite me back to resecure the restraint properly. Service was again prompt and professional, and staff were very understanding when I was so stressed about the safety of my baby. 100% recommend this business.

Adam and team helped me with a prompt diagnosis and repair of a wiring fault (turns out a rat ate my indicator wire... ) They fit me in on short notice, were great to deal with and explained the process and job clearly. Have used before for other auto electrical work and will again.

I was charged $473 to replace a fuse at the battery terminal. I suspected the problem and found the part readily available on ebay for $43. Loads of people reported the same problem on the net and it was an easy fix. But I took it to these guys just in case it was another problem. No, it was as suspected and as I mentioned to them prior them starting the work. They kept the car a couple of days, installed the part at the last minute, and left a loose connection which had me going back 5 mins after picking up the car. They struggled to explain the cost and put it down to 'diagnosis'. They were also negative about the car and reminded me regularly that the car is 'very old' - a 2005, as if to imply 'old cars just cost money to maintain whether you like it or not'. I went with these guys because of the good google reviews - bad mistake. Been a long while since I've been gamed lol. Oh well, hopefully it will be a long time before I get ripped off, I guess it happens to us from time to time.
