Came here too pick up medication had one of my two prescriptions in stock seems like that most of the timeI was served by a happy friendly staff member didn’t have to wait longBut when I got too the front counter unpleasant unfriendly young guy no hello hows your day ,today no please or thank u in exchanging money didn’t bother putting my items in a bag for Christ sakes , you need to be taught customer service skillsWon’t be returning I’ll wait till I’m in Perth next

Great atmosphere, friendly, helpful staff. I rang to enquire if they had an item and they were very helpful. They went and got it for me when I arrived. I was surprised at how big this pharmacy is.

I’ve heard terrible things about the owners, I would rather get medication delivered from Northam pharmacy and it works out actually CHEAPER!!!!

Most of the time you can't get the prescriptions that you need, and they keep your repeats. Im saying they" because im referring to one person. (You know who) The Doctor wouldn't prescribe them if we had to take the medication. Ill never go there again. Extremely Appalling service"

Been traveling for 6 weeks around aus, from VictoriaNeeded to get some repeat prescriptions filled and the paperwork from chemist warehouse did not work. The staff here went out of their way to sort my issue. Well done all, shout out to the young lady sorry didn’t get your name thanks heaps
