I recently brought a house through Chris and the team. At the start they were okay but as soon as I signed the contract I could hardly get a response back from Chris when I tried to get in contact. I was then palmed off to another agent for my pre-settlement inspection, when trying to organise a time to complete this I kept getting told we’ll call you soon and would never get a response after I’d call. Eventually booked a time in my lunch break to go do the inspection and the lady who came was 15 minutes late and was on the phone the entire time we were there. Overall the team was not very professional once signing the contract and I would not recommend or use them when selling a house.

We recommend this Real Estate to anybody ....They went above and beyond to help us in a hard situation ...Thank you Sandra and your team for all your help....

I had Tim and Marylou, selling my home. It has now sold thanks to all the work they put in to selling it. They have gone above and beyond what was expected, and we're there for me in times of distress. They have come to my home and spent hours with me in my time of need. They have become very near and dear to me and I will stay in contact with them. Very unprofessional, sold me a house that had a high risk rating from the pest and building guy so I pulled out of Sale. I then was trying to rent a place off him and he lied and said it had been rented already, i said now i dont have anywhere to go he said too bad you should have bought the house ,my friend rang 5 minutes later and was told the rental was still available. I wonder if Mr Chris Couper would buy a house that had evidence of white ants plus quite a few other things wrong with it. One word for this man complete A Hole!! If I could give him a zero rating I would.

No communication at all. Have to chase everything up twice or more. Would not recommend at all. Very unhappy and I purchased a house through them. Still waiting for them to call back.Shouldn't be trading.

We would not recommend Chris Couper & Associates to anyone to sell their home. They were unprofessional and poor in their communication. Our open homes with them were highly unsuccessful with them including very few people attending in a time when the market was very active. The person managing the open house was not dressed professionally. Chris Couper claimed he would sell the home in a short period of time but in actuality there was minimal interest generated by his sales technique. His lack of effort in selling our home has resulted in us missing opportunities to buy other properties we interested in.

Chris Couper & Associates Hervey Bay were absolutely fantastic to deal with. Chris will say it as it is and he actually listened to me when I told him what I wanted, he also worked within my budget and didn't try to sell me something I couldn't afford.And if you need to rent, Caroline will definitely go out of her way to find you a property suitable, she is very friendly and very helpful.Thanks to you all for providing outstanding customer service.

Very unprofessional.Never returned phone calls as soon as contract was signed.Cannot locate the sales lady even on settlement day not knowing where the house keys were.Very disappointing to deal with.

As a buyer I found Mary Lou an extremely professional agent and good to work with, I thoroughly recommend her.As rental managers, the woman that handles the houses is pro tenant, as a landlord I found her costly and of poor value, Chris does himself a disservice employing her. The rental side of the business I cannot recommend.
