I was in the search of a caring, gentle but thorough dentist for myself and my teenage daughter.Dr Simone Lancaster is all this and more. The Mermaid Dental Studio is modern and easy to access with ample car parking both in the car park and on the street.I highly recommend Dr Lancaster to anyone looking for a new dentist

I went to Mermaid Dental Studio for the first time and it was an amazing experience which is usually hard to say when visiting a dentist! I had a chipped tooth and walked away with my tooth feeling just like it’s my own, no adjustments or weird that weird feeling in my mouth. Dr Simone Lancaster is so professional, she goes way beyond the service you expect being so informative and you feel so comfortable as she’s very caring and friendly. Highly recommend I’m def a long term customer now!

I just had the most positive experience at Mermaid Dental Studio. I'm a super anxious dental patient and with my regular dentist away (same practice) my anxiety was through the roof, but Simone and her team were fantastic and made sure I was comfortable throughout my whole appointment.I could not recommend them more highly for all your dental needs. They are professional, supportive and take patient care to a whole new level! Absolute rockstars!

Simone is great! Friendly! Very knowledgeable. Very thorough in her assessment. She would be great for anyone who might be a little nervous about dentists. Parking was easy too! Receptionists were very helpful.

Dr Lancaster is the best dentist you'll ever see! I get extreme anxiety when I go to the dentists. But when I come here, while I'm still a little nervous and always will be. I'm definitely alot more relaxed and at ease with what's happening.The staff and everyone are happy and pleasant. I'll always be coming back here for all my dentistry.

Am thoroughly impressed with Simone, very professional in explaining my alternatives and repairing a chipped front tooth. Can’t tell that it has been repaired. An excellent result.
