Extremely rude staff & complaints to management are hopeless. Rarely get orders right & my most recent orders I’ve found the pizza is just disgusting - sometimes cold or not cooked properly & delivery is never on time.

Waited inside for my pizza to see 2 rats run across the floor. Informed the staff who said yeah we know. I asked to cancel my order and they refused to refund me. Manager wasn't in the store and refused to call me back. This has been reported to the health inspectors.

I ordered 6 vegetarian pizzas on 14/2/23 and we found some bacon and other types of meat on my pizza, now I don’t really mind meat but come on at least be clean and respectful for what people order…

Where do I begin,For starters, surely the delivery driver has a bit of common sense. I’m happy have the food left at the gate due to COVID but at least press the gate bell or knock on the gate so we know it has arrived. Who knows how long that food sat out there.I ordered a large premium supreme pizza that was $30 for what looked like a small. From reading the reviews it looks like they have done this to previous customers. For a supreme it looked more like a meat lovers pizza not a single vegetable in sight.The wings were undercooked, could see a few pink spots that were very chewy. Surely it’s not that hard to put it through the oven for the full time. They most likely just rushed it through the oven just to speed things up. Had to throw this meal in the bin, I’m pretty sure the chicken could have still been alive.The only thing I could credit was the Pepsi, it was as ice cold as the rest of the food.Please don’t go near this place, I generally don’t write reviews but this place was terrible enough for me to write one.

Worst Pizza and customer service by far! Simple order of three pizzas, one hour and twenty minutes to be delivered. (I understand you get busy but don't estimate thirty minutes and then be more than double, just be upfront about the time.) Pizzas arrives COLD, and I mean COLD. The size of these large pizzas are ridiculously small for the price paid. Taste, what taste? They were bland, and the toppings were so sparse that it looked like they were running low on ingredients. Delivery driver virtually threw the pizzas at me, no pleasantries, no customer service. There was not one redeeming quality. NEVER AGAIN!

Ordered 3 large pizzas, they were small sized.........The pizza was dry with no tomato base on the supreme and barely any cheese...worse dominoes i''ve had.You guys have been getting bad reviews for months/years...can't you guys adjust and improve from feedback???people have been complaining about the same problem for a long time and you guys still haven't done anything about it..how do you run a business like this

Ordered a mega meatlovers minus the chicken. Wish I could upload the photos of the pathetic looking thing that was delivered. No pepperoni huge gaps without even cheese on it it looks like my 5 yr old made it. What I got was minced meat and bacon and curled up cabonosi the centre did not even have cheese. It appears.they made a.mistake and picked things off after cooking. NOT HAPPY.
