Merimbula Eden Taxi Service

Merimbula taxi was non existent, did not answer phone on 3 tries, message bank ended up full. I called Eden taxi who answered & was very helpful he spoke to merimbula taxi but they still didn't show up. We called the restaurant to cancel as we couldn't get there without the cab & the owner said that it was not the first time & taxis in merimbula are hopeless, the owner of the restaurant picked us up & arranged a lift home for us as well. Do not expect a taxi in merimbula - useless..

Had organised a lift home with the driver of the taxi service from dinner and when we called the we were met with no response despite numerous calls. Having to than hitchhike home. Terrible service.

If I could rate a zero, I would!Taxi reaked of cigarette smoke.Tried calling the taxi to be taken home later, but did not answer. Watched the taxi drive right past my location and was given the finger.Given the finger by the lady with the red hair (Rachel) every time she drives past me in the street.Would not recommended!

Multiple times residents at uniting Eden have rung and booked a taxi ahead of time to get to appointments and they have had to wait for an Hour and a half. They wait and ring multiple times and the phone is not answered. This is serious as these residents are very aged.

Woman and young girls Beware of a driver named Shane,White male 50-60 years old grey/ bald hair , short , he is an absolute creep he madee feel uncomfortable, and threatened and intimated me at my place of work , I will be getting a restraining order

I called the main number at 1030am and set up a taxi to pick my family and I at 11am to take us 30km away to a Potoroo Animal rescue. Car wasn't showing up so I called a couple of times and finally dispatcher gave me the driver's phone number at 1130am who said he'd be picking us up in fee minutes finally. Upon arrival he demanded $100 cash or $110 on credit card. Obviously this establishment is terrible and that driver was a crook. No wonder why they have only 2 stars on Google.... I'm saddened there's no Uber here because these people tried to take advantage of us tourists spending few precious hours at Eden.... Terrible! Everyone STAY AWAY!

Worst customer service iv ever experienced, get told 20 mins for a taxi an waited 2 hours before they even sent a driver out, some of the workers are straight out rude and have no respect

Couldn't even get them to answer the phone, let alone provide a service. Rubbish. Better off walking

Taxi booked for 11am to the airport. Failed to show and failed to answer, or return my call. Looking at reviews this is common practice. It’s a shame that there’s no competition in the area, so the level of incompetence seems to have no detrimental effect to their business. Recommend to void wherever possible.

Booked a maxi cab 2 days in advance for a scheduled family holiday this morning for a 6.00 am pick up. 6.15 still no taxi. Phone the company to be informed no booking listed. Clearly phoning to book and calling to confirm the booking again 2 days prior to departure is not suffice.Then to be informed they have no maxi Cab’s anyway. ‘ as we end up driving our own car to the Merimbula airport to make our flights’ the same maxi cabs that are always parked at ‘Club Sapphire’ are still parked in the same parking location.The service is unacceptable and places un necessary stress on people prior to their departure.We need an Uber service in this area. I’m sure that we will surpass the service or lack of service provided by ‘Merimbula Eden taxi service
