Shoalhaven Dental Surgery and Implant Centre

I had a very poor experience from the moment I walked in, unprofessional, unfriendly, late and rushed appointment. Not a single smile from anyone. No communication, I had no idea what was going on then had an X-ray instrument shoved into my mouth which I almost choked on. Dentist very rough and caused me a lot of pain after stabbing at a sensitive part of my tooth. Then rattled off some options to me which I wasn’t even able to fully understand because I was in so much pain. I opted to see a specialist because I was desperate to leave. I am traumatised from this experience.

This Dental Surgery was recommended to me by a friend and it was everything if not more that I was told about Jigisha the dentist. The care taken and concern shown was more than expected. If you feel uncomfortable or even anxious about the dentist, there is no need for that anymore. I can truly, recommend Jigisha and will be back there when needed. Five stars aren't enough. 10/10.

I have attended Shoalhaven Dental Surgery and Implant Centre several times for different reasons over the past year and have been extremely happy with my experience and impressed by the calm, caring and professional approach everyone I have encountered brings to their work.The dentists really seem to care about their patients and do everything they can to set them at ease in what can be a stressful situation. They clearly explain procedures and are willing to listen and discuss concerns. Each staff member is pleasant and helpful and all seem to be valued and happy working there, making the atmosphere pleasant and reassuring for patients.The surgery is attractive, bright and well-ordered. Equipment is regularly and thoroughly cleaned. The ambience is calm and pleasant. Appointments are scheduled efficiently so waiting time is minimal in my experience but, if it is necessary to wait for an appointment, entertaining but informative videos are available for patients to watch.Often attending a dental surgery is not something many of us enjoy but I am very pleased I decided to go to Shoalhaven Dental Surgery and Implant Centre. I highly recommend them to anyone needing dental treatment.

Reception staff were very nice, & dentistry well extracted, the dentist on the other hand has no etiquette. How dare he do & say what he did to me, in front of nurse , i wont be going back to Him."

Never have I been to a more PROFESSIONAL Dental practice. The obliging beautiful Girls on the desk who have bent over backwards to accommodate my needs, especially in an emergency. My visits there have been outstanding and always on time .My Dentist Dr Haresh is incredibly caring informative and remarkable. Always producing wonderful results with no pain. The entire Staff are so welcoming and friendly. I totally recommend this Practice . Awesome Team Shoalhaven Dental Surgery & Implant centre. Extremely happy patient. Really lovely clean practice.

Best experience ever...Im petrified of the Dentist but this appointment was great. Very professional Dentist, very gentle and accommodating re my fear.
