Empathetic and professional !

Vicki's behaviour is unprofessional and unnecessary. I mentioned at the end of our first session that I was booked in to see another therapist in a weeks time to which she chastised me and refused to give me back my mental health plan or provide me with a photocopy. She then stated that we would need to cancel our pre-booked sessions as she could no longer help me.Although it is uncommon for someone to shop around, you have every right to do what is right for you by shopping around and any respected therapist would understand it is not one size fits all.It would only be a problem if you continued to see two therapists simultaneously, which I wasn't planning on doing and expressed this to her.Vicki made my decision easy. I didn't have to waste several sessions working out she wasn't the right fit.My session went from therapist to business in the blink of an eye. I would not recommend her at all. Her discourteous behaviour left a lot to be desired.

With the help of Vicki Johnson I have learned many helpful and useful tools to support my mental health. It has been an invaluable experience and changed my life for the better. Vicki cultivates a safe space and she is an excellent psychologist I couldn't recommend her enough.
