Our Vet Tweed Heads

I attended this clinic yesterday to have our aged Labrador euthanized. The vet wouldn't listen to what I wanted done and put my old girl through unnecessary pain and suffering, whilst insisting that I pay an extra $110 on top of the quoted amount (and I had to pay immediately prior to the euthanasia). The vet then made sure to comment when my old girl lost control of her bowels, leaving one small nugget on the floor. I was embarrassed and upset even further. This pushy, ignorant vet, who went ahead and did what she wanted without listening, made what was a distressing situation even worse. I will never set foot in this clinic or store ever again. I will be advising all of my clients to avoid this vet as well. I would give then zero stars if I could.

Appalled and disgusted! have been bringing both my rabbits here for years always have exotic vet specialist available and now a Vet is only available once a week and she couldn’t help or seem to care with her medical condition prescribed her with Bacterial infection but could clearly see was extremely sick and in pain I thought it was a Veterinarians duty to care for animals and if seeing a animal in this condition throughly monitor them?? She didn’t weigh her or do an all over check up just prescribed antibiotics and told me it would be available by end of the week which it wasn’t available, because they were out of stock, for over a week my rabbit was so sick waiting for her medicine only to call me an say we can’t give her, her antibiotics because we don’t have her weighed had to bring her back in and then to be told, give her the antibiotics for 7 days then take her to a exotic vet specialist for further treatment. Never going back billed me way more then the consultation price for a small animal bloody ridiculous!. - 5 days into my rabbits antibiotic treatment she passed away I am devastated she was clearly so sick but Veterinarian Dr Helen Cahill did not want or seem to care extremely unprofessional.

Total Care" package buyers beware.........From the outside this looks like a good deal but any one who is considering this package from "Our Vet" should be aware of the over inflated pricing for any medication prescribed for your pet.In my case a case of puppy conjunctivitis saw me charged $35 for a 5g tube of eye ointment. This same ointment is readily available on the internet in Sydney

the staff at this place are the best very friendly helpful they could not do enough for our pet a Big Thank you.

My dog got his annual teeth clean and nails cut back. He suffers a bit of nervousness going to the vets but the Nurses are very gentle and friendly to him.

Best vet in the Gold Coast area and cheap rates and the most friendly staff the place to go if you have a pet 10 out of 10

Why has the Automatic debit stopped for VIP Pet care? And then the company is asking for $70 payment when seeing Vet, after contacting HQ they said to only pay the Auto Debit amount of $40, what would of happened to the extra $30 if I had not contacted HQ? Breach of contract?Please let me know the full story as this sounds a bit fishy to me.

Lovely on the phone Covid 19 unable to go yet. Certainly found the conversation pleasant and professional. Unlike Greencross Robina rude pushing me at the door and worse!!! That will do here!!! don't go to Greencross if you love your animals and respect your self.

Very helpful, gentle and caring. Trying to clean an infected ear and giving two injections to a wailing cat was not an easy task. They were also mindful of my limited budget. They also had 3 black kittens for adoption for anyone looking for a new furbaby!

Found what we wanted straight away, survive was great and staff were friendly and helpful.
