Excellent service from Gavin, Perth Reticulation. Didn't take Gavin long to trouble shoot, fix and repair my retic. Had other repair companies attend over the last 2 years and do half a job. Highly recommend Perth Reticulation as my issues are finally fixed once and for all.

I had a relatively small job which required the installation of some additional sprinkler heads into an established lawn. Of the many companies I called, Perth Reticulation Experts were the only one to respond in a reasonable timeframe. None of the others were interested in doing a relatively minor job.I received reminder emails for the appointment and the technician Kevin, messaged me on the day with progress of his schedule. Kevin carefully assessed the existing layout and was able to suggest some additional modifications, he was great to deal with, and I'm very happy with the work and will be using them for any further retic work required.

We had a new bore put in but the reticulation stopped working soon after, first time they sent the electrician out and he said that the fuse he himself installed in the meter box was faulty, changed the fuse, but then it stopped working again soon after. The second time electrician came out he said it was a fuse in the controller, he replaced it with a fuse we had, he didn’t even supply it himself, he was only there for less than half an hour, 20 minutes, he left and it stopped working again. We got charged $350 for it and they haven’t even fixed the problem. So $350 call out fee it states on our bill. Not happy at all and will never go with them again. I wonder whether they’ll hide this review because it’s not in their favour.

Craig advised me of his arrival time and was spot on! Looked at all areas that were a problem then set about carrying out repairs.On completion, he described all areas that were at fault and described to me what he had done.Craig was highly professional and obviously knowledgeable in his craft. I was completely satisfied with the job well done and would gladly recommend him and Perth Reticulation Experts. The name is well deserved.

I went to the website to contact the business to arrange a quote. In order to submit the query you are forced to agree to paying $80 for a quote. I haven't seen this before and I personally don't agree with it. I will not be requesting a quote on that basis.
