So much mistakes they make.. Better watch out if you build with them..

Avoid this company!! Our house is only 10 years old and we are finding many faults. Leaking shower, massive cracks appearing all throughout the house and extremely poor finishing off in all areas. Clear examples of defective workmanship. They come across as though they will help you out, however this is not the case at all. We have had to fix everything at our expense. Extremely disappointing.

Use less than satisfactory contractors and when confronted about it, don't even bother to respond. Would stay away from this company if you'd like to build, save yourself the headache and hassle

My wife & I built our home through The Prime Group.We are very happy with the house. Overall it is spacious, well planned, aesthetically pleasing and has a high level of workmanship.

Terrible quality and way over the deadline. Too many excuses. These two photos I took says it all that the quality has been thrown out of the window. My family has spent so much money and theyre just waiting and waiting for the house to be finished. Its rubbish, wouldnt recommend to anyone.

We are happy to provide a five-star review. Prime built our home in Guildford just recently. We went for the pre-handover meeting and our building inspector had a nice grin on his face and he said he was very impressed with the overall quality.The supervisor has been excellent and professional.All our dealings with the back-office has been very easy and the team is very friendly.The only area of improvement I would suggest is that they should keep the client's interests in mind when pricing variations.Highly recommend Prime as the home is indeed turn-key!

I built my first home in 2016 with The Prime Group in Baldivis, WA.The Prime Group was helpful throughout the entire process, from design, through administration and contracts, and most importantly throughout the construction of the home.The home was finished to a high standard within the reasonable, agreed time frame. I visited the site regularly throughout the build and always returned to substantial progress. The result was a great modern home, with quality workmanship - just as I was after.Two years on, the house is being used for an investment and has been leased out to tenants for this duration. Upon inspections, the house is performing incredibly well, with no structural faults to date.Working within the Design Sector of the Building & Construction Industry, I've worked on many residential and commercial projects and I would happily build my next home with The Prime Group, and would recommend them to my family and friends.

These guys target new home buyers and those with little to no experience, and capitalise on it.Very poor quality materials used, prime group charges a premier price and installs the cheapest option.Had a Variation forced on me for double brick to be changed to brick vineer for 9.5k or stay on double brick but the price will be an extra 22.5k.One of the rare times you'd have seen a grown man curl up and cry. We all know why they did it, doesn't take rocket surgery.Once they have your first stage payment customer service goes out the window and you feel trapped.My rep quit after the first few months and I had to build the next two years without a building rep from their company so... zero communication unless they were asking for stage payments.

We purchased an investment property (house and land) about 4 years ago. It was rented out until just recently. We are living in the property at the moment and noticing the poor workmanship. So many small things that show the people who did the building did not have pride in or care about their work. It's not wear and tear from the tenants - it's the actually painting, grouting, tiling and much more that is so disappointing.If you can avoid using this contractor I would recommend you do so. Unless you can be around to check the work.
