I just had my car returned from Jim at Botany Smash Repairs and he did an excellent job at repairing and panel beating some nasty scratches from my car .The pricing was very competitive and the service was exteemly fast, professional and friendly . I had my car repaired for them and the service was really quick and the result was amazing. Staff friendly and I left my car on Tuesday morning and on Thursday afternoon was ready to pick up. And the best, fair price! I recommend 100%. Before and after pictures.

These guys were the best panel beaters I have ever dealt with. I got a low price quote from them for repairs to scratches on the front and rear bumper on my BMW. They went above and beyond with the repair. They realigned the bonnet, fixed the bumper alignment, fully respray of both bumpers, and they did an amazing clean of the car including the interior. On top they gave me a loan car and had the job done 1 day earlier than promised! This level of service simply doesn't happen in Sydney. I will be back for any future panel work.

Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever received. I called asking to bring my car to have a quote done to send to the man who hit my car. The man that answered was horrifically rude.. he then proceeded to tell me he won’t give me a quote he will only tell me the amount and then went on to say he’ll charge me $100 for a quote and $100 to bring the car in and then began to lecture me about how people go and waste his time to get quotes and shop around and then when I told him I’ll let you know if I come he hung up on me. Terrible.. I would avoid this place at all costs. Thank goodness I didn’t take my car here before calling up..

Great workmanship and very helpful, the whole team came together and got our Bus repaired nicely. Thank you for all your help and big shout out to the whole team for squeezing us in. Thank you much appreciated. They have the big paint booth to fit us in and do a proper repair. More reasonable than other shops we spoke with. And faster turn around.
