We live close so come here alot and the customer service has always been so amazing. So friendly and professional even when they are busy/overwhelmed. I have not had a bad burrito or bowl from here, they are always made so well! Sometimes there isn't enough ingredients but only when it gets later at night which is understandable.

Got given the tiniest burrito ever at this store. Ordered a regular which is the only size I’ve ever ordered, but this burrito came out tiny. Had barely any meet put in it, barely any sauce, and I wasn’t even asked if I wanted guacamole. Pretty disappointed to get a burrito just the size of my phone for $14. Won’t be coming back to this store.

I have never ever had a bad meal or anything bad to say about Zambero but the lettuce in my burrito is full of sand. Not very nice crunching on sand… disappointing and gross.

Tiny portion size when ordering via Uber Eats. About a 1/4 of what you’d get at other stores. Really disappointing as you pay around $18.50 per meal. Feels like a rip off!Edit: after ordering in person the portion sizes were good.

Imagine you're trapped out at sea in the middle of the Atlantic. You have no hope of getting home, you've drunk all your water and eaten all your rations (freeze dried spaghetti, and ice cream for desert). Dawn comes and you see the tip of a great iceberg glinting in the newly rising sun, twinkling like a star, a star just for you (nobody else has survived). You use your arms as oars until you're exhausted and can't move anymore, and you come to rest in the shade of the great iceberg like it's the last great safe-haven you'll ever see (it could be). In this story, the iceberg is Forrestfield Zambrero. It may look like a simple store on the outside, but just beneath the surface (inside the store) you'll find a deep and meaningful burrito experience, one that will make you feel like you've been helicoptered out of the Atlantic and returned home.

I ordered a salad bowl through Doordash. It was quick and the packaging was lovely. It tasted really fresh and healthy.However,i paid extra for Guacamole and also ticked to have some jalapeño but my salad was missing those. I am a bit dirty because I paid extra for the guacamole and I really was craving for it. I hope they check the orders and make them as advised next time.Thanks

I ordered a Power Burrito which is gluten free. They delivered a normal burrito. Apparently the gf wraps have been discontinued. So why is it still available to order? Why wouldn’t you bother to get in touch before sending out an order that your staff admitted they KNEW was incorrect? No replacement delivery was offered when I called, they could have easily subbed it for a power bowl. Sure, we can dispute the order and potentially get a refund but that doesn’t provide a meal delivered tonight. I can’t drive as I’m on medication, so there is no option to go in and pick up a substitute.I know it’s not the young person in stores fault. Management need to ensure the website is fixed and train staff to make contact with customers if you can not fulfil their order.
