Matt was willing to take on my request to fix a leaking outdoor tap even though he was meant to be starting his holidays. Fixed the leaking tap and relocated the pipe to the right place for me. Was perfectly on time and great work, super quick and professional. Super happy and now my back stairs don't have a permanent puddle under them!

Amazingly prompt emergency service for an issue with my hot water system. Matt was polite and understanding and completed an extremely quick repair. Saved my day.

I rang Matt to see if he could disconnect and reconnect the gas for my stove, fix a leaking tap and install a new tap. Matt was able to fit the work in around some other trades at my house and was on time. The stove was pulled out to access the existing wiring to disconnect the gas. There was no safety valve to turn the gas off from inside the house. Matt was professional and responsive and spent some extra unplanned time rewiring the gas and attaching a safety valve so that, if need be, it can be turned off via a cupboard inside the house (instead of only being able to turn it off at the gas bottles outside the house). Matt was also very tidy. I would highly recommend Matt.
