Extremely helpful staff! Daniella and Nikki did not have to assist us in any capacity as we are going thru a builder to supply our Beaumont tiles.Nevertheless, Daniella went above and beyond to ensure we get the correct tiles for our kitchen regardless of whether she doesn’t directly get the sale herself.She was patient, bubbly and intuitive. And has saved us from the headache and stress of our builder’s failed foresight in this case.Highly, HIGHLY recommend visiting these girls, they really know their stuff!

My sister had an issue with tiles that she purchased from another store and I called this store for some advice. Ava called the director and called me back within 30 mins with some brilliant suggestions. Can’t get better service than that!Amanda

We have had a very unsatisfactory experience. Back in November we went and picked tiles for our bathroom renovations. We were allocated a sales staff member who I won’t mention by name but they seemed very inexperienced. They pretty much just stood back while we fumbled around trying to pick tiles. I saw the other staff members on other occasions using the computer to show how the tiles would look but our sales person didn’t. When we chose tiles she failed to explain that they were outdoor/indoor tiles with a gritty texture (Microtec) that would make it difficult to clean. I ended up having to call the store a week or so after they were laid to get information about the tiles because I was so unhappy. I ended up forking out quite a lot of money buying the special cleaning products. If we knew the tiles would be like this there is no way we would have picked them. They were chosen because of the colour. Now it’s a month later and these tiles are sooo difficult to clean and I’m angry and upset by the whole experience. We are stuck with these awful awful tiles after spending so much money on our renovations.

Ayva Gibbs was a great person to chat and deal with she looked tiles stock around there other stores and got me my tiles on time thanks for your great effort and to the team at gerogry Hills. Thanks very much.

Outstanding service and support from Daniella as part of our tiles selection appointment today. We were super confused about some of the options we had in mind and Daniella not only explained pros and cons of each tile, but also came up with excellent suggestions aligning with our colour scheme and preferences in mind.Highly recommend them!!

We have worked with Beaumont in Gregory Hills now on two projects for two different houses and we couldn't of done it without the help of Fraser. We don't even look anywhere else as we know Fraser will make it work and make it an easy experience. He is so welcoming instore and gives great advice. Like others, I just wanted to give a positive review for Daniela's customer service at their showroom!We had driven nearly an hour to see them as they had the Decina bath we were keen on trying out for our bathroom renovation.Daniela was super helpful on the phone (and even gave recommendations on where to eat/have a coffee locally since we had driven so far) but was also helpful in all things bathroom renovation, answering our questions. She didn't bat an eyelid when my husband and I climbed into the display bath near the front window to see if it felt comfortable.Thanks for the great customer service and being so helpful Daniela.

Just wanted to write about the exceptional service provided by Daniella today at the Beaumont Tiles- Gregory Hills. We had gone to choose a tile to replace one of the discontinued tiles from our previous selection appointments, as well as review the other Tiles selections that we had made for our Butlers, pantry area etc. Daniella reviewed the Mood Boards I had for the dining and living (with all our furniture choices) and was easily able to show us a Tile that met all our colour requirements, and a Tile that we instantly fell in love. Likewise she recommended Tile choices for other areas as well and when we were confused with all the gorgeous choices that Beaumont Tiles had, Daniella, immediately asked us a few questions that helped narrow down our choice.Apart from having exceptionally great customer service skills, Daniella is switched on, courteous and can really understand a customer's needs, likes and dislikes. She is like the reader of minds! Our tile selection was a breeze due to Daniella, which otherwise would have been such a daunting experience. Daniella is like a breath of fresh air, extremely polite and great with design choices and colours!. She is passionate about what she does and it was great working with Daniella today. Needless to say, Daniella is a genuine asset to the store! We had a wonderful day due to Daniella assisting us! Thank you so much.

Came in yesterday (Saturday 26th March 2022) and the lady working there was incredibly rude. We had asked questions about the different tile suppliers and she instantly became dismissive towards us and used condescending comments like “as I already told you before” and “Why would Beaumont supply that? We wouldn’t be a Beaumont if we supplied that..”This lady was not friendly at all and we felt uncomfortable staying in the store so we left. Safe to say this isn’t a good look for Beaumont and we’ll be taking our business elsewhere. Might I add, the Amber staff we saw on the same day at Gregory Hills were absolutely lovely and so helpful.
