I was happy that Silverwater Plumbing was able to provide a quote on the same Friday morning I called them. The subsequent work was done the following Tuesday and even though there was a ‘stuff up’, the guys stayed into the early evening to fix the issue. Ali and Matt came to complete the job today initially inspected by Ryan. All 3 of your servicemen were professional, courteous and completed the job cleanly. When Ali and Matt showed me the end result of my pipe relining, I felt instant relief that my drainage problem will be a thing of the past. I would recommend silver water plumbing to my friends.

Super great experience getting my hot water tank replaced through these guys. I called them on the Thursday, got a booking for the Saturday and got everything sorted by 8pm on that same day! Super friendly and fast service. Mad shout out to the coordinator who was ultra nice on the phone and got everyghing organised so quickly for us. Give her a pay rise! But biggest thanks to Medhane who was such a lovely dude. He was very chill but knowledgeable and got the job done fast and was just a really nice person. We are so happy to have hot water now and I would deffo recommend this crew. Seems that the 5 star reviews are legit.

Lacking integrity and professionalism. Fear based strategies to have you paying more than you ever need to, like needing a camera to jet blast a pipe but the cost of which isn't included in the quote (unlike what the website says), or arriving to a job with a leaking reel and needing to conveniently wait 20+minutes for a worker to drop one off (so your house doesn't flood) when you're being charged by the hour. There are better people out there more deserving of your time and money.
