Jimboomba Junction Family Practice & Skin Cancer Clinic

Although I don't go to a doctor unless I absolutely have to, every time I have been there for the various things since living in the Jimboomba area, everyone involved has been great, no issues and had the job done, which includes skin cancer cut out with Emma, ingrown toenail with Tim, and recently complications from a possible spider bite with Angeline among others. Reception staff have been straight forward and helpful each and every time, nurses good with the in between things like removing stitches and although sometimes I have spent more time in the waiting room than the doctor's room, I think it is worth it.

Doctor prescribed me a throat gargle cost 100 dollars in chemist. He also think my infection is viral not bacterial without blood test report .Thanks but no thanks

I have been going to these doctors for well over 20 years. All the staff are very professional, caring and respectful except the young receptionist. Callous and rude and has no respect. She couldnt even talk to a lady in a wheelchair with her response she mouthed it as she walked another patient that only just walked in to see the doctor. This lady and I had been waiting for over 2 hours in an emergency only time frame where no appointments can be made!!!!!! But the rudeness to not speak directly to someone with an appropriate manner when asked a question is inexcusable.

Useless. They should have to pay you to go there. Make you wait for 30 to 60 minutes for your appointment. Always get my skin checked there and last time when they had said all good i asked them to check a spot on my nose and they said oh good pickup. Skin cancer. Again for the last time waiting more than 40 minutes. Zero stars

Would be giving 0 stars if could.Never on time always waiting minimum 30 minutes for even a phone consult. An in person consult your waiting minimum 1 hour even if you're the very first appointment for the day.Referrals are ongoing waiting after a year time to go through, keep being told to go and come back after 7-10 days if symptoms persist no real help.Get appointment reminders for different patients.Would not recommend this practice at all very unhelpful and unprofessional.

Great service, excellent skin clinic.I've been there for all my skin cancer treatments, Dr Tim & all the nurses are doing a excellent job considering the amount of patients they have. Dr Tim is a very dedicated man & the only Dr that's given my daughter the help she needs.Keep up the great work.

My husband and I frequently visit this clinic for skin checks with Dr Tim Chan. He is the best skin specialist we have ever seen. Thorough, personable and skilled in all he does. We have found the staff in this practice of the same high standard. We would highly recommend this practice to family and friends!

Dr Tim was fantastic, very personable, incredibly skilled and did a really good job of explaining the excision procedure. I had previously attended another clinic where the gap was 500% as much as I was charged here. I also feel the end- result had much less scarring than the far more expensive clinic!

Dr Samanta is the beat GP I've had in a long time. Very easy to talk to and follows up with things very quickly.
