With outstanding customer service, guidance and good advice, Joel has surely made everything easy and was a pleasure to deal with. The store offers lots of options. This was a lot easier than I was expecting.Our 25-year-old shutters in our main bedroom were past their use-by date.We wanted some blinds that were going to block out the sun but also be light and easy to open so we could get easy access to our balcony.It was a bit of a wait for the blinds to be made but totally worth waiting for.Our new blinds got installed yesterday. It was no trouble at all.I was surprised at how fast it was all done and the room just feels a whole lot more quiet and less cluttered and more homely.Thanks to Joel and the team at Choices Flooring and Blinds at Penrith.

The sales person was kind enough to give me samples to try at home. That's where positive impressions, unfortunately, stop...I didn't receive a promised quote so had to go there to get it in person. The quote didn't have any breakdown, just the total. All further emails were either ignored or responded after a week or so.Installers arrived at 8am on a school day, complained that the bed in one of the rooms to be recarpeted wasn't disassembled, then got their priorities right straight away - spent 20 mins just chatting to each other before even started with the job. They continued to do so with very little pauses for 4 hours, loudly swearing all the time despite we had a kid in the house.All that despite installation price is not even close to reasonable. They include the installation price in the carpet price, and you have to pay even for those many meters that never got installed and ended up as wasted cutouts. On top of that, we had to pay $180 just to move the furniture - they spent maybe 15 mins overall to do that, so it's $360 per person per hour, which is ~5-10 times more than the market value of the service. Similar with removing the existing carpet - $300 for something they spent 20-30 min overall, excluding time for chatting of course.Quality of the installation was acceptable but not that great - they cut pieces where there was no need for it (old carpet wasn't cut there).

floor looks great but the cost ended up been over $2000 what they 1st told me. and they lie and lie. never go with them as they are so bad with there lies.
