Extremely rude and unprofessional to tenants. Called up on Friday about a power issue- blackout to which I was told well lucky the electrician didn’t come out or else you’d be charged a call out fee! Heck, I’d prefer to have power than be sitting there in the dark and heat with nothing? I’d pay someone to help don’t you think? However electrician didn’t answer his phone. Got it working myself but the stove is not working, reported it Friday afternoon and it’s now Monday night and still no stove. Monday 5:20 after I got home from work I called real estate and questioned why it hadn’t been rectified and why I have not even been updated on even an electrician coming out or anything when it’s now 5pm Monday and they were notified Friday afternoon?I was told well if you owned the property you wouldn’t have it fixed by now, seriously degrading and rude.Not sure why the landlord changed real estates to this lot but they’re terrible, no communication just rudeness and degrading people every time!Even waited 4 months for a new kitchen tap as it sprayed water everywhere all over the bench and floor because they don’t seem to care or check emails. Pathetic.

Fast and kind in processing our rental request! 2 business days of submitting to being approved, and all information was explained with care and detail to have a seamless experience. Looking forward to continuing to work with them over the course of our lease. Thankyou Kiana, Jorden and team!
