Terrible service. Tried printing some posters and they couldn't do borderless prints.Made me cut the outline of the art from an A3 sheet of paper myself. Terrible gear. Disappointing when it's an office shop

Appalling customer service at Fyshwick. Waited to be served fair enough was dealing with a client then when finished came to me but then almost immediately took a seemingly private call and walked off. Did say to another member to see this guy's but that person did not respond. Ultimately I was left standing for several minutes and I walked out. Lost a sale but also lost all goodwill with me"

Walked in spoke to person at the door about what I was after, he then said go up the back and and I will send someone to sort that out for you. 20min later no service so I walked out.

Politely waited to be served at printing. Was ignored by the two staff on. Some form of acknowledgement would has solved my annoyance.I am only reviewing because everytime time I visit its the same situation.Basic customer service is needed.

Picked up prints that were ordered online. Of the 8 prints ordered, more than half had defects such as printer smudges and lines, and missing ink splotches. The paper was obviously cut with a blunt instrument as the edges were frayed and any white borders were completely offset, even on the remaining 'good' prints.They clearly have zero quality control in this store, defects were incredibly obvious as soon as they were taken out the envelope... I've never had this problem at other officeworks print and collect. Don't waste your money printing here, go to another store in Canberra.

Poor service and questionable return policy. Was advised when purchasing large item, they have a two year, no hassle policy if there are issues. That is not the case will imply if it's broken, it may be the customer's fault.I recommend researching other stores before buying anything other than stationary here.

Snail pace delivery service. Ordered (in stock) stationary on Tuesday and this has still not arrived Friday 1.30pm ( less than 5 km in distance away)Have ordered many times before and this is the typical slow delivery service by Office Works... not up to delivery standards from other companies.Hopefully this service improves as Office Works offers really good products.
