Food was fine but worst service I’ve ever had in my life. The place is run by a bunch of children. The girl with the short black hair was extremely rude and treated our table horribly. Will never be back unless they hire some people who have a heart and a brain.Plus our tables are menus were covered in food and the waitress backmouthed us when we requested for them to be wiped

Great food, atmosphere and staff. I had the hades with chicken and spanakopita it’s was to die for definitely recommend this place for a fast lunch or breezy dinner 10/10.

Really enjoyed this meal. Plenty of create your own options for the whole family. Service was unobtrusive, which is fine for a Tuesday night. Recommended for full Greek flavour and nice surprise for the affordable pricing.

Disgusting Service.According to Google the store is supposed to be open until 9.30pmMy son went there at 8.40pm to order chips and pita bread and was turned away.I rang the store and asked for a manager. I think I spoke with Eden? I first clarified what time they closed and was told 9pm. I then asked why we were refused service at 8.40pm and was told there was an incident (they dropped the chicken thing on the floor apparently and couldn't serve chicken). I then asked why we couldn't order then seeing that all I wanted was chips and pita bread only to have someone called Sam take the phone and absolutely abuse me. Accused me of screaming (I never once raised my voice, I never got a chance to, I only got to ask why we were refused service before the phone call was taken over by this Sam). I was abused, I was sworn at, and I was told where to go before being hung up on. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable.I have never been spoken to as rudely as I was by Sam. I wasn't even given a chance to speak. Disgusting disgusting customer service. Rudest staff around.

I was appalled at the attitude of the waitress today when I asked her if she could please wipe our table, it was covered in bits of food from the last people. We watched her wiping down other tables and just flicking all the bits of food onto the floor, why not wipe them up into the cloth !!!! The girls behind in the cooking area joined in with her to have a chat about us, rolling the eyes and laughing!!!!Disgusting behaviour !!!

Wraps are super tasty and healthy options also available loke low carb wraps.. their potato fries are far better than any mcdnlds or kfc. Try their tzimmcky pita wrap in chicken. Beer available too.

I went to the Kotara restaurant and ordered two lamb wraps The lamb was undercooked and it was cold on both of them. The only thing that was hot was the bread and it was burnt. The chips had too much paprika on them I also ordered feta and oregano chips they just had a feta on them that was very soft tasting and they had no salt also the staff members at the restaurant we extremely rude not nice and or didn’t even want to give me a bag for it for takeaway it was quite honestly upsetting, and I’m quite disgusted in customer service and the food i’m highly disappointed and it’s not okay I was going to make a complain, at the restaurant but they were so rude and they didn’t even want to talk to me so I’m really disappointed.The service was poor and horrible.

To less for 22 dollars, spartan bowl " was like a 1/7 portion of pre marinaded chicken from ALDI and super small salad and the smoky eggplant dip was tasteless.So disappointed"
