Couldn’t be happier with their service and pricing. They are very honest and give sound advice if something isn’t worth repairing they don’t try to make a dollar out of customers. Recommend to many friends and family. Only place I go to if I need a repair or accessories.

On 21/06/2019 at 11:35am, I came to your store (Phone Clinic, Eagle Vale) and handed in my iPhone S6 for the screen to be fixed. The younger employee was working at the time and opened up my iPhone with the knife without heating it first. He pulled it open to show me that there was a bit of water under the screen. Almost 2 hours later, it was finally ready for me to pick up. The older man was working and the younger man had disappeared. I examined the phone straight away because the screen looked odd. On closer examination, I noticed the top of the phone had been cracked and the bottom right corner of the phone had been slightly dented. It was certainly not in that condition when I gave it to the Phone Clinic. The older man told me that they had not damaged the phone and would not give me his ABN until I asked more than 5 times. He also told me that the phone or knife is heated before opening the phone and denied his employee doing it even though I witnessed the employee opening the phone without heating anything. I am very disappointed in your service and will be taking it further with Fair Trade if this is not resolved within 20 business days.

The staff was honest and informed me it wasn't worth fixing my screen. I had gotten similar quotes elsewhere, which were more expensive and not given the same info.I also checked my husband's phone for a clean to see if this would fix the USB charging issue, which it did. Staff did this for free when others quoted 59$The staff offered excellent service, and we will be back in future.

Great prices, top customer service. Most importantly very honest owner. I’ve been going there for years and it’s my destination for anything tablet or phone related. Couldn’t speak highly enough of this business. I’m glad they are still around.
