HUNGRY BIRD CAFE
Another unpretentious little gem in the Gold Creek area.Had lunch here today. Being a Sunday I thought it prudent to book a table, it was not required, lots of seats available.The menu is extensive and reasonably priced.Wife ordered a Chicken Parmigiana and reluctantly had to leave some of the excellent Chips on the plate. Generous meal.My choice was the Seafood Basket. Excellent choice.Rounded off the lunch with a gelato.Strongly recommended and will be back.

HUNGRY BIRD CAFE
Just went there for a coffee and apple cinnamon muffin. Coffee was extra hot as requested and muffin was fresh and nice size. Very nice welcoming place, buzzing with people. Although the place looked full, the owner quickly made room for us. So enjoyed our little outing.

Waited 30 minutes to get a table after the order and the place is very dirty, understaff and unprofessional.Waited another 30 mins seated with kids and the food never arrived. When we asked about the delay the manager sarcastically said it will take another 20 mins and if we are in a rush he can refund. Never expected a reply like that from a restaurant manager.P.S. Never mentioned about the waiting time going to be 1hr and 20 mins. If the owner thinks 1hr and 20mins is justifiable to prepare a meal GOOD LUCK!!!.

Lovely cafe in a nice location with plenty of outdoor tables available. Nothing special about the food but nothing to complain about either. Would recommend visiting if you were in the area.

Coffee tastes like hot milk it has no flavour absolutely disgusting. I didn't even finish the coffee I just left it after taking a sip and went elsewhere.Edit: new review gave it another chance and again disappointed milky tasting coffee from people who don't know how to make it. Asked for 2 lattes and well il attatch a picture to show you guys how inconsistent they are.

Had the newly opened pizza and pasta at the cafe and it was fantabulous.. amazing food, large portions.. I enjoyed it, kids loved it.. Italian cuisine with some of them with Indian twist. Masala garlic bread, Spicy pizza with just enough zing.. must try

Coffee looked lovely but was very bitter, the whites of the poached eggs were almost non existent, the avocado was lovely and fresh. Tables could be wiped more regularly. It's a shame that the coffee and food were such a let down.

Service was friendly... food was a big disappointment. For what I paid to receive food that just did not look as good as it sounded. Waited 20 minutes to get 2 slices of toast smashed avocado 2 paoched eggs, 1 slice of toast covered with ham and 2 poached eggs no salade no dressing eggs where over cooked. The only thing that was good was the 2 cups of Chai latė.
