Pool Port Douglas

Beautiful apartments with every thing you need for your stay! Very tranquil settings, all amenities within 5 minute car drive.

Great place. We had a three bedroom ground floor apartment and it was great. Plenty of room to move. Well appointed. Local shuttle bus service was excellent. No need to hire a car and only $12 a day unlimited trips.

Although the place is quite nive for a couple its not a place for kids. Pool is a step into pool and does not allow toddlers to walk in or play by the pool u less you carry them in and hold them.Pwrfect pool for a couple.Beds are in desperate need of change. On the first day we sat on the main bed mattress and i went thrlugh to the base, my wife sunk right in and ended up with a sore back.After mentioning the beds to the reception the lady was nice nd had one of them changed but said the main bed was fairly new and that it wont be, its just soft. Would be good for them to go sit down on the upper half of the bed and see for themselves. Thats not soft, that is worn out. You literally sink to the bottom and needs to pull yourself out.Tiles were all broken whem walking on in apartment and the kitchen had no hot water, not a great place when you need to prepare bottles for kids.We found ants by the kitchen bench which i couldnt understand as there were ant stations but then found 2 cockroaches in the main bedroom.Checked out a day early and stayed elsewhere but was not questioned or asked about the stay.Overall its great self contained app for a couple or single but not foe a family with young kids.

We recently stayed here it was excellent beautiful surrounds lovely view from our balcony. The room was very spacious and clean we had everything we needed full kitchen laundry facilities two TVs the bed was very comfortable. The pool was awesome as was the grounds the staff were very friendly and helpful I highly recommend Pool Port Douglas it is lovely.

Great room with direct access to the pool. One negative detail is that it doesn't have a privacy curtain/blinds, so people swimming in the pool could see inside the apartment at night. Very little privacy in that area. Otherwise a very nice place to stay.

We have just got back from a weeks stay at Pool Resort. It was an amazing resort and we had a fabulous time. The room & pool were both clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to stay here

It was our first time in Port Douglas and we will definitely be coming back. We booked the 3 bedroom plunge pool room. The apartment was clean and very spacious for 2 families. The main pool was huge and clean. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The only issue we had was the bugs and insects lingering around in the apartment (which is clearly out of their control and is likely to be the same at all the resorts in Port Douglas due to the heat and humidity). However, it didnt spoil our stay. We just bought mortein and went about our day. Wish there was a restaurant attached to the resort aswell. We definitely enjoyed our stay and will be coming back. Thanks for having us!

To know how hospitable the place is, you go in group.They could accommodate our requests and needs during our stay. Amazing kitchenware.
