It’s says under the facility section in their book that,’ the laundry is coin operated, taking 1$ coins, change is available from reception.’ but she didn’t have a clue about it. No hot water in the shower either

Being a Chinese, we are definitely in love with the gas stove in the comm kitchen, had the best camping meal there. Twin bed room is decent size, though bathroom combined with a toilet is relatively small with a sliding door, attached at the top only, oddly enough the door handle is only on one side facing the room, means we had a little difficulty open the door after having a shower. Cannot complain, in a mining town, we get what we've paid for :)

Bathroom leaked from rain, no hot water AT ALL. Running it for 12 minutes didn't do anything. Too early to raise office. Otherwise, well presented

Dirty stained linen. Pillow slips on spare pillows brown And dirty hair smell. Dusty bedsides . Was only room left in Blackwater due to a mine shutdown but no excuse just horrible. But hey they did put up a covid sign.

Wasn't ready for that. 36 degrees outside no air-conditioning, bathroom door fell off, bugs in the bed, bathroom falling apart. Not a pleasant stay.

Very comfortable and surprisingly quiet for being on the highway.. Would definitely stay again if I needed to. Very clean and lovely reception lady.

Had to change my review was 5 somehow. Worked here didn't stay. They don't give new employees a chance they said they could train me. I had one other employee there to show me how to clean ONE room. Then left me by myself. Fully new to working in general. I tried calling for work twice they never contacted me back but also never fired me or anything. Bad communication. Horrible work experience for someone new. Overall worst work I've had in my life. Just because I was too slow but I was NEW with NO training. Hate this place.
