We had a good experience with pro movers the guys were very nice and gentle with our stuff , very fast and professional. The only thing that upset me is I didn’t get to ask for the guys name but my wife said they were french that the only thing that we know. Will definitely hire them again .

They were the worst experience we ever had in regards to customer service and customer satisfaction!! Won't recommend them to anyone ever. As is clear in the photos they dropped my fridge on the floor and broke my make up tablet mirror and didn't take any responsibility. A girl in some where like Philippines answers the phone and there's no management to discuss the problem with. Hopefully they will see the consequences of leaving a customer this unhappy and angry.

Excellent service from beginning to end!Josh and Denis were amazing, polite and courteous. Nothing was too much trouble for them. These boys made our move so much easier. I would recommend these lads to move anyone. We moved 6 months ago with this same company and Joe and his team were also incredible. Thankyou!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, not on time poor performance. These guys took 2 x king mattresses 1 x double mattress, 2 x ensemble bases the king bedroom suite which consists of 2x bed side tables, the dresser, mirror and slats, 15 boxes, one coffee table, one cnr leather lounge suite, very light as it comes apart in three pieces and 2x tvs, 50 and 55" . This took three hours apparently
