If I could give 10 stars I would! I began seeing Bec B. from Innaloo as a first timer for IPL on the lip, chin, underarms & xxx. She is always thorough, professional let so laid back you feel like you’ve known her for years. I’ll never go back to shaving Very gentle on my skin, talked me thru the whole treatment and walked me thru the IPL process. Her service is second to none, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Her knowledge on skin treatment and helpful products is also better than anywhere I’ve been. Her person centered approach is about your own skin being healthy and radiant not what products you need to buy! Bec B is an asset to Essential Beauty Innaloo, thanks Bec :)

My neurodiverse child has wanted his ears pierced for a long time but was very anxious about it. From the get go all the girls were warm and welcoming. I told them straight away my son was neurodiverse and Laura and Meegan were amazing. They didnt make us feel rushed, gave us plenty of time and support - walking my son through it all. They never once made us feel like a pain and were understanding of his anxiety. It took many attempts over two different visits and their care and understanding didnt waiver at all. It helped my son so much having the time, space and understanding from Laura and Meegan. They made him feel comfortable, not ashamed, worked at his pace, allowed him to chew his necklace, found a lollipop in the colour he wanted….I could go on and on! He eventually had his ears pierced and his dream has come true thanks to Laura and Meegan. Ask for them by name if you have a child who may be anxious and you wont be disappointed as their customer service was genuine and faultless. Thanks from the bottom of our hearts!!!

I have now purchased two different nose rings from different stores - the first being Innaloo, that have been the incorrect size for my nose piercing. Firstly she sold me the wrong gauge (thicker than the gauge I asked for) so I went back immediately and was given another ring. Was told it was 6mm and would fit my nose perfectly. Got it home and it was WAY too small that I couldn’t even close it. Whilst in store I had asked for them to measure it to confirm it’s size but they had no measuring tools instore… weird for a piercing shop. I went to a second store and was then told that the previous ring I purchased at Innaloo was a ‘4 or 5 mm’ ring even though innaloo staff had told me it was 6mm. The staff can’t even get the sizing or gauge correct and they’re selling jewellery? I didn’t have a measuring tool with me so naturally I assumed the staff knew the sizes of the jewellery they were selling. How I have spent $35 on something I can’t wear because the staff assured me it would fit. All I want to do is exchange it for the correct size but they won’t let me! Even though it was their fault!

I came here to buy a new helix stud and got greeted by a lady called Meghan I think, I was unsure on what to get to suit my ear and she was very helpful and caring and made me comfortable would recommend

I've visited Essential beauty twice while over here on holiday both times have been a truly fantastic experience I didn't catch the staffs name that I saw both times but it was a very pleasant experience. Today the 12/6/23 I went in for another piercing change and again a fantastic experience.Cheers SamWollongong NSW

I attended this store to but a new piece of jewellery. When entering the store the girls (3 of them) were sitting on the floor towards the back. As the counter was unattended I rang the bell. Megan (a young Blonde) attended and was visibly annoyed I interrupted her chit chat" session. There was NO assistance and my questions were left unanswered as she stared at me and when I chose the item I wanted there was a huff and she storms off to get the keys. I politely asked "How's your day going?" the response was "meh

Very disappointed with my experience today. I came in to get a helix done & not only did i feel rushed, as my ears were getting pierced she accidentally cut the upper part of my ear. She did not mention this at all and as i went to the bathroom to check my ear after all i saw was blood. iv been to essential beauty in other stores in the past & i have never had something bad to say. We also weren't given the option to pick our jewlerry. at other essential beautys let you pick (for helix as well) very upset. Not only did she cut me she wasnt very friendly to me or my friend . whole experience was rushed & not nice i do not recommend.

I came here to get my double helix done. Savannah did an awesome job and it hardly hurt at all - even though this is obviously dependent on your pain tolerance - and she walked me through the steps and was very good. The only thing I would say is definitely don't rely on the website for prices; allowing for jewellery and after care it was bumped up from $99.95 to $160. Just make sure you are aware of that, other than that, would definitely recommend, it was very professional and well done.
