There is no token system or process in place and it's based on first come first serve basis however with no system how would one know who came first and also GP and other nurse go in and handover test slips and they get prioritized over people waiting in queue. I was in queue for more than 40min just to get my blood test done. I would recommend the pathology to follow a standard protocol which is followed in other suburb pathology which would make life easier for both nurse and patients.

They lost my blood test and lied. The Women was rude who took my blood. My grandmas blood test was also missing and they couldn’t find it so we both had to re do it
