2 Stars instead of 1 only because I felt bad for those working here. Tried to get a COVID test and was discouraged from getting one even though I had been in a hotspot as cases had emerged in regional Vic. Ridiculous that COVID has been around over 18 months and they still haven’t organised a number for testing - instead it goes to a central line for everything in the clinic. Other people in my household tried to get a booking but couldn’t get through to the number and weren’t allowed to be tested at the same time even though there was no one else in the line. It’s no wonder we’re struggling to contain this virus when we have services like this one.

Website says appointment required, opens at 9:30 am. I call, the recording says open at 10 am. I call then and wait for 20 minutes, no answer.
