Got a same day appointment for a cracked tooth. Receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly. Dentist was thorough and experienced. Highly recommend.

Booked a same day appointment as the filling for my broken tooth came out. When I got there, I asked if they could do a teeth cleaning as well and they managed to fit that in. Everything went well, minimal pain, friendly and punctual service. My new go-to dentist :)

My first time there and the experience was great. I was actually taken into my appointment on time, the staff were friendly and professional and the dentist wasn't rough when doing the treatment like I've had at other places in Perth. Highly recommended them to anyone!

As someone with serious trauma relating to past experience with dentists, I cannot stress enough how good Phoenix Road are. I used to have a panic attack at the mere mention of dentistry on other people, let alone having my own teeth cared for. The lovely staff here, both clinical and non-clinical, have always made me feel so at ease and the treatment I’ve received is second to none. I genuinely thought I would never be able to have an extraction or filling without general anaesthetic again, but now I’m returning to how at ease I felt with dentists as a small child and I trust this team completely. Thank you all for everything you have done and for all the ways you make me feel safe and comfortable despite past experiences.

Have my annual check up and cleans here and they are really professional. Do a really good job and my teeth are squeaky clean, they make me feel comfortable and relaxed in the chair and they don't rip me off!!! The whole team are really nice and friendly, front desk staff are always happy and helpful. Will be recommending all my friends and family to come here!

The staffs are very friendly and professional. Had a check up clean and needed a few fillings done over a few appointments. Best dental experience I ever had! Prices are very reasonable, didnt have to pay much after my HBF rebate. Highly recommended

From the booking to the exam, the entire process was very pleasant. The receptionist was very friendly and Dr Alex Yap was very thorough and professional.

First time being here and I was immediately caught by the kindness and respect their staff members showed me but more importantly to each other.I saw Dr Yap along with his assistant and they were very polite and friendly. I didn't feel rushed and everything was explained along the way. My questions were answered honestly to my knowledge and I was very happy with my first experience. Furthermore the receptionist was very down to earth and appoachable. I would definitely recommend this team to anyone if they are on the fence.

Excellent dentist, been going for a few years now. Always easy to book in and friendly and efficient service. I recently broke a tooth and they were booked out for a few days; I let them know the issue and Maureen in reception called me back twice when they had cancellations and managed to fit me in that same day to fix it.
