Eddie is a top bloke, very friendly and easy to deal with! Have had a few jobs done by them and came out excellent! Highly recommend these guys at Stokes & Renk panel & paint.Will definitely bring more business to them.

I took my car in for repairs with promises that parts were available.Upon picking-up my vehicle, I was told that more work would be required, but there would delays for the parts. They asked I pay to release the vehicle, and that remaining parts were on back order. They told me, the parts would take 2-3 months to arrive.A few months later, the parts arrived; but they were a month late to notify me.Post service, my vehicle was left with damage to the internal navigation panel. A tiny chip in the corner, for-which no one can explain the cause.Upon advice by an RAC vehicle assessor, I contacted Renault's warranty claims department. Renault advised that the damage is unlikely manufacturing related - because, the damage wasn't noticed before, but was clearly noticeable after panel beating repairs. tend to agree.Anyhow, RAC have gotten involved and promised to pay for a warranty claim investigation. We will see what happens, but my overall experience has been very bad (considering it’s an RAC approved panel shop).Attached below, are several images of the state of the car when I picked it up the first time. As you can see, damages still present. From a chip in the light (the back ordered part), to the scraping on the mud guards, the loose mud guard, and the interior damage to the navigation panel.In brief, this repair shop was dishonest and negligent.

These guys were suggested by my car insurance company among others. I decided to give them a go because they are local. They did an absolutely amazing job on the rear end of my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Car looks basically brand new. They kept good communication during repairs and all repairs lasted as estimated. I would trust them with any panel work I might need in the future (hopefully not needed). Big thanks from a very satisfied customer.

Not a good experience. Most of the things we asked to have fixed were disregarded, and of those that were fixed, it was done poorly. We had to return several times to rectify these issues and were met with extreme rudeness and zero accountability and blatant dishonesty. Instead of helping us work through any issues they are now refusing to see us. We have had to involve our insurer and thankfully they have found another shop to rectify these issues as we would never trust this shop with our vehicles again.

Stokes & Renk are skilled, highly professional and efficient at their trade. They inspected my pranged car when I called in unannounced, had sorted my claim with RAC by the next day and started the work the next week.They finished the work ahead of schedule and pretty much detailed the car before I picked it up.Little touches like getting a lift home make all the difference.I like this business very much and wouldn't dream of going elsewhere.Frankly I am stunned at the negative reviews below.

Very professional and friendly team. High quality workmanship and on-time delivery. Happy to recommend this company to anyone who may need to repair or have their car painted due to accidental scratches or dents and covered by insurance.

The worst repairer I’ve ever dealt with.After an inspection the car was booked in for a full body restoration. When the car was retuned I was met with a shop manager who refused responsibility for any of the several inadequate jobs performed. Scratches were painted over and still visible. Front bumper was heated and warped, out of line. Installed incorrectly. Rear bumper had panels that were quoted to be repaired left unattended to. My side skirt was falling off two days later. The best one of all is when they called to tell me that they could paint my hood for an extra 1k when they had sanded it by mistake and just wanted me to pay for their shortcomings.. I was told the panels would look too different from one an other and maybe they could do a deal for 900.00.These people are untrustworthy, extremely rude and unprofessional.Stay away.

Fantastic service, my car has never looked better. So easy to deal with. Parts took a while to come but that’s with everything at the moment. Even got told to bring it back for a free polish.

Great place to deal with, took our car to be fixed, had a minor problem with it after picking it up but called and told them and straight away they said bring it back and we'll have a look, no bother what so ever, lovely people and very helpful.
