Great product great staff good experience overall. Unfortunately on the day they ran really late leaving me stuck for almost 3 hours instead of 1 to 1 1/2 as stated at the purchase time. That not so good but can understand still not helpful to me at all.

Excellent service and easy to book. We got 4 new tyres and a wheel alignment today and the staff did a fantastic job and were very courteous and helpful. Great job, Cairns Bob Jane staff.

Walked in at 07:50 with a punctured tyre to repair. Driving home at 08:50 with puncture repaired and wheels changed back to original position. I've been using Bob Jane's for many many years. Always had good service experiences.

Service was good however lucky my car has tyre pressure monitoring as the front left tyre pressure alarm alerted me to a pressure of 55 psi. All other were the correct 42 psi. If for not that I would have given 5 stars..

Excellent customer service - staff were very friendly, helpful and communication was clear throughout. Rowan continuously updated me with the progress of my tyre replacement (when it was ordered, when to expect it in etc). The other guy working behind the desk came and held the door for my pram when I dropped off my car and again when I picked it up. Will highly recommend this business to friends and family.
