At One Studio

I've recently joined this studio and had such an amazing experience . As a person who is new to Yoga, there were a lot of things i didn't know about. I had my first class on Sunday and EVERYONE I met at the studio was so friendly, especially Marcus, Saskia and Simon made me feel so welcome and comfortable. I can't wait to go back to this studio again and learn more about Yoga!

I came to At One Studio to attend a WIM HOF Fundamentals seminar, and the venue was absolutely amazing. So spacious, so clean, so inviting… Marcus and Saskia were the best hosts, and if I didn’t live so far away, I would definitely come here regularly for classes. They seem to have built quite the community of like minded individuals. I will definitely come and visit again in the near future.

Beautiful studio, easy to reach (close to essendon station) and very nice teacher! Visited the vinyasa flow in the morning and loved the class.

What a space!!! If you're new to yoga and pilates, I highly recommend coming down to this studio as they have created such a chilled, relaxing and welcoming space for all. The atmosphere and environment is amazing plus the classes are suitable for everyone, even if you're a beginner!

I have been taking yoga and Pilates classes with these guys for some time now, and I am completely addicted! The range and varied timings of sessions on offer completely suit my working life. Instruction is easy to follow and positions really well explained, and (I haven’t yet worked out how they achieve this) the teaching manages to cater incredibly successfully for mixed levels of experience and ability. This is something I have rarely - if ever - experienced in other yoga or Pilates sessions. New workshops are added frequently, so everything feels really fresh, relevant and appropriate. I can’t recommend these guys enough!

This studio is very welcoming. Great range of options/style of yoga and times available. The Yoga instructors are friendly. Nice environment.Easy booking system too.
