Prime example of why you should avoid dealer service departments.Will tell you the car has to be diagnosed by them when the issues have been diagnosed elsewhere.Will have a hissy fit and rip up the parts order if you bring this to their attention. Very poor customer service and the guy behind the service desk is the rudest person I have delt with. Will tell anyone who'll listen to avoid this place.

I only met some of the team today. They didn’t know why my brother and I were there nor did it matter that we were dressed in work clothes (unlike another Renault centre who actually lost our business) My experience with the help provided and the efforts of at least 4 different staff members from various different sections to assist us can only be described as second to none. As a result they just picked up two new customers and potential new car sales down the line. Today we ordered accessories, ordered spare parts and booked in a repair.
