Whilst we were happy with our repair to the sliding door initially. It is now 8 months on and our door is back to being very difficult to open again. I am currently looking for someone else to come and fix the same problem again.

Some wait for the appointment as The Window Guy was busy. This was clearly communicated and the appointment was set. Thanks to the customer service team including Natasha. Gareth (technician) was friendly, efficient and did a great job. Our sliding door now runs very smoothly with new rollers installed. Gareth also cleaned the track and gave us advice for maintenance. Happy to recommend The Window Guy.

The customer service from Helen & Jennifer was efficient and professional. The technician Gareth was also efficient, friendly and professional. Our sliding door was fixed quickly, closes properly and rolls smoothly. Gareth also provided suggestions and tips for maintenance. Highly recommended.
