After an issue with my rs Audi I rang around to avoid having to pay Aussie Audi dealership tax my normal mech said he could not do the job along with a bunch of others Colin was aware of my issues and said bring it in that day for an eyeball … great result great service very transparent. I came across this workshop while shopping around for a cheaper engine for my VW Touareg as previous mechanic diagnosed low compression in one of the cylinders and said I needed a new engine and quoted me just under 12 k for the job. When I spoke with Mark he said that they never had to replace an engine and they'd like to do diagnostics first as they believe it's something different. My car was permanently in limp mode and i had to get a tow truck to bring it over. Couple of weeks later I had my car running like new, and less than 3k spent on 2 new injectors and 4 injectors have been taken out and cleaned and some parts replaced!Definitely recommend these guys as they know their job and have proper tools!

Another great service by these guys on my A1.Early drop off (6.30) , great communication and very competitive pricing.No pushy value adds. Checked everything and just stated everything fine on this service.Used another independent service agent on Q5 due to work location, lots of recommendations and value adds.Won’t be using again, sticking with these guys going forward.

The team at Easy Care were extremely helpful when we had a challenging job to repair my hard top Eos convertible roof . Lucky for us they have an expert that understands the complexity of this repair.They were super quick and did a great job. Even showed my hubby how it had been repaired. The team here seem very honest and nice. I wanted a mechanic to check over my car before a decently sized road trip. They steered me away from a service because it didn't need one and would cost me a couple hundred more.They car didn't need any work and they advised me what would need to be done soon, a dodgy mechanic would want to fix and take the money for themselves.You get that feeling that the team are parents and are the mechanics they'd want their children to be using.
