Very caring educators

Lovely staff. Open and very approachable. My daughter loves being in here.

I'm not happy with the nursery room. My LO went there one day a week and every time I saw different educators which is not a good thing for young kid to settle.The report is perfunctory. The room leader just sent group photos and comments and @everyone in the activity. My kid was not even in the photos for most time. Only once or twice he showed his face at the corner of the photo. He never got an individual comment in this centre.Plus the educators provided lots of ipad times to kids which I don't think is good for babies and young toddlers.The sleep time was not safe either. There was a semi seperated bedroom. I didn't see any educators in that room when there were still babies sleeping. I went there and found my LO's blanket covered his face twice. There should always be an educator in the bedroom to prevent SIDS as there are still some babies.

Have had both my kids there from 9months old. There was a rough patch there a while back because of a management issues How ever they are now all resolved. Jess and Ali do an incredible job of keeping a tight ship. All staff are very caring and conciencious. Great outdoor play spaces and cozy indoor areas. They use storypark as an interactive medium for communication with parents.

Highly Recommend!The staff here are so genuine and supportive. Both of my children attend this centre and are so happy here. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and caring. My children needed a bit of extra support when they first started, but the educators and staff were so understanding and responsive to my childrens needs.Thank you to all the staff for your ongoing support and patience.
