Lovely place to stay. Really relaxing

Bruny Island Holiday Rentals have a few properties. The people behind info@brunyislandholidayrentals are the worst we've ever dealt with. They left us with 2 kids stranded on Bruny island on boxing day. They cancelled the property but didn't let us know and then tried to blame it on booking.com. Imagine rocking up to a property you've booked and paid for months in advance just to be told sorry not our problem...Sort it out with Booking.com. They even gave us their own reference numbers but made it out to be booking.com's numbers.After arriving home we found out booking.com had nothing to do with it. Bruny island holdiday rentals took our money, cancelled the property and didn't even bother to tell us...and didn't offer any assistance on the day.
