Visited the stripe on Wednesday afternoon. The shop was busy and so were the staff. Items are on sale but doesn't have the sizes I want. I turned to online store and surprised to find it being cheaper than the price in the store. I ordered online and it came with free delivery.

My husband and I had a awful experience. I called the store to put a jacket on hold but once my husband arrived there, no one knew about it. What's worst the people working there just left him there waiting, a guy even asked him what he needed and then just left him waiting and did not get back to him. Only after my husband insisted several times despite their lack of service that the manager finally found it.Please review your on hold process, it was a very dissapointing experience.

Great experience here today buying some hiking boots. The man who helped me was absolutely delightful - informative, friendly and funny. I usually find Kathmandu service to be pretty lacklustre, but this guy was awesome.
