My husband has attended pulmonary rehab and we have nothing but praise for the service they provided. He has learned so much on how to manage his COPD and the workouts they gave him are very beneficial. Without a doubt the worst hospital in the region. My mum almost died due to negligence. She had a stroke and two brain aneurysms, instead of running tests, they gave her codeine and told her not to give them to anyone. They said all she had was a pinched nerve and sent her on her way. It wasn’t until the doctors in Yarrawonga rushed her to Wangaratta hospital did we find out the extent of what my mum was going through. Thankfully the doctors and nurses at the Royal Melbourne hospital were able to save her life.

I went there on a Saturday and visited one of their doctors to help me with my dry eyes...He told me that I needed to visit an optometrist and he could not help me with that problem and just gave me a referal to an optometrist. So before i left, the reception told me to pay 100 dollars for 2 minutes that I visited the doctor and he actually did nothing except giving me the referal...Note:to visit an optometrist you do not need a referal and the gp that visited me knew it. He just gave it to me to pretend that he did something with my problem while the answer to my problem was:you need to see an optometrist.Anyway they charged me 100 dollars and i will never go there again.

It is really terrible experience. I fell down yesterday and hurt around half face. I cleaned the wounds with salty water by myself because all clinics closed. I went to doctor today to check whether they can help me clean the wounds again and introduce me some products to clean the wounds and help my face repair without scars if possible. The doctor prescribed me Betadine liquid which contains iodine that is irrational and cannot be used to broken skin !!! I am scared, I used it on my wounds on my face then was told it couldn’t be used on broken skin especially face. I couldn’t imagine what will happen if I continue to use it on my facial wounds ...

Wait time is ridiculous, staff at desk didn't come to check and inform us what was going on just sat there...

I just tried to ring to wish my brother in the acute ward a happy birthday. Both times I was transferred to a private number - same gentleman both times - instead of my brother's phone near his bed. I always have trouble ringing Cobram Hospital - not happy Jan
