Very good Durian cake. Must pre order one day before pick up

Good quantity of barkery and outstanding service for many years. It is very hard to find any Breadtop’s service as good as this one.

I've been coming to this bread top religiously every Saturday and buying different desserts. They had a loyalty program which I was never offered. Today I witnessed the lady with the short hair and glasses speak her language to a customer and straight away gave her a loyalty card and stamped all the card until she got her $5 off. The lady serving me still did not offer me the loyalty card and I had to ask for one. Every week I have been spending an average of $15 in this shop. So I thought I could go and show her my purchase history of my spending in the store. I spoke to her and she called another person and she refused to acknowledge the fact that I was in this store shopping. They were rude and spoke in there language in front of me when all I was asking for was the stamps that they missed out on offering. I find that this place only looks after their own and does not care about the customer that are spending money in the store. Lacking in understanding and customer service. No point having loyalty card if your only willing to offer it to your own kind. Very disappointed and will not be coming back to this particular store.

I just love this place. Savouries are fine but all their sweet buns and cakes are must try. I just love love their custard bun, Taro bun, Japanese souffle cake.

They're okay... the food is nice and different but I did get a dose of anxiety figuring out how to grab the things I wanted (grab a tray and tongs) they lost another star due to my unsurity of the cleanliness of the tray. I don't know if they wash/disinfect the tray per use.It wasn't the stores fault but the Asians that shop there are discourteous.

Generally find this BreadTop better than average. They have the actual bakery in-store which is not common. Pineapple custard buns and chiffon cake are personal favourites

Never disappoints. Fresh and so much range at a reasonable cost. The lady behind the counter made the effort to consistently wish every single customer. Great option for movie snacks.

Very friendly staff! I love Zang Zang Bao! The chocolate is melting, very delicious!

The store had been busy when I went in. They had a wide range of products, both savoury and sweet. Good friendly service. Was clean and tidy. Well priced.
