Baby Angell had her op there, very caring of the dog, girls are lovely to deal with. A rare thing in this business is that they return a phone call weather by arrangement or missed. Much appreciated.

Me and my family have been taking all our pets to cape creatures for about 10 years now, and every time any of them have a problem dr Phil is quick to diagnose the problem and have them back to good health in no time, Including when my dog swallowed a bone and they dropped everything and operated on him right away, and then dr Phil and his family spent there weekend nursing him back to health and made sure he was 100% okay before he went home. Very professional, friendly, family owned and ran business that I would recommend to anyone

Unfortunately I have to edit the original review I posted below. Since posting my previous review, Janine (whom I actually complemented) went to my partners' place of work and verbally abused him in front of everyone! Sadly now, I would recommend that you avoid these people at all costs! Addit - if you read the review from owner - it's contradictory. My pet hasn't been there for over 12 months yet still wags her tail to hand fed treats, has a perfect surgical scar (spayed) to this day and happy for more treats after ROS (which I did myself at home). As for Vetranaians topping the suicide list Janine - a new one on me and I was a health worker for many years. I also have struggled with depression for a long time but don't use it as an excuse to go around abusing people. I am entitled to post an opinion on Google. If you don't like it, contact them and opt out! ☹️Janine is nice and I thank her for taking such good care of my little girl on previous occasions. The older vet we saw the first time was also lovely. Phil is an extremely rude man. Cold towards my dog, husband and I. Will not be returning!

Very disappointed, we were consulted openingly in the waiting room, other customers present, & could hear conversation. I was not allowed into room whilst my pet was being examined . Then a few days later our little dog that we had loved for nearly fourteen years had to be put to sleep. We were not allowed to be with him to say goodbye & hold him. We waited roughly five minutes, & drove around the back to be given our little dog in a black plastic bag. Never had anything like this happen before, very stressful & has had a lasting effect on us.

We loved the care, definitely putting Cape Creatures on top of our list. Great care, and the cost wasn't over the top. Highly recommend. Thank you

I would like to thank Cape Creatures for their wonderful care andprofessionalism they displayed towards us and our Dog Mabel over the last month. I can't speak highly enough of them and how they thoroughly went through the assessment and diagnosis of Mabel's issues associated with bladder stones. Dr Ross, the Locum, was wonderful, as was Genie, in their guidance and support of us over this difficult period. And all the while Dr Phil was providing advice and keeping across the situation, whilst on assignment in Queensland. My wife and I can't speak highly enough of the business and their outstanding professionalism and care. Ben, Kellie and Mabel Tannock.

Thank you so very much for you compassion and care when we had to get our dog euthanised . We truly respect and appreciate your dedicated & compassionate approach towards Hurley’s care during a really heart breaking time. Dr Phil & his team we’re amazing. Highly recommend.
