7 of us ordered, 7 of us loved our meals. Really friendly and happy staff which is a great sign too. 1st time ar the Tolga Pub since the previous owners and we will definitely be back.

Been here twice for dinner in a party of 7 adults and both times we’re never acknowledged by the staff we just had to wander around looking for our booked table. Ordered the rump cooked perfectly med rare just a bit hard to cut and chew and the sauce had a pre-package flavour. I gotta say the Kairi pub is twice as good as this.

5 Star pub food.I very rarely eat steak, so when I do I want it to be perfectly how I enjoy it, and presented well.I wasn’t disappointed with my surf and turf selection. 400gram Porterhouse, medium rare was perfect, with melt in the mouth prawns.The staff were helpful and fitted me in to a busy night and still within COVID guidelines.Thanks for a good night team.

Unfortunately was very disappointed with my most recent experience. Have been twice before for dinner and altho the service was average at best, the food was very good.I went yesterday to have a dinner with my dog and was happy to sit outside of course.I was told I could not do this as smokers were allowed to sit at all the tables and it was against the law!!!I could sit inside and look my dog out the window. As I had driven half an hour to get here I ordered takeaway, I planned to sit in the park as was an nice evening .When it arrived 35 minutes later I was told I could not have cutlery.When I expressed concern about the service I was told I only work here !!The fish I got was very well presented. Sauce and vegies lovely but the fish didn't taste very fresh/good . The dog was in luckWhy are non smokers prejudiced against? Why can't you have wooden takeaways cutlery??Won't be back...

It's ok.MEALS: The meals were ok, not big. I paid $90+ for a steak with garlic prawn topper and grilled fish as well as 2 x garlic breads for the table. Compared to the Carrington Hotel, this wasn't in the ballpark. May be the same owner, but, these meals didn't rate.SERVICE: Service was ok for the most part, there was one really snide, snooty blonde waitress who really shouldn't be in customer service. Rude individual. Other wait staff were great.RESTAURANT: Looked clean, had a kids section down the back which is a great idea. Well spread out so you don't feel like you are encroaching on other tables, but the tables seem small for big groups like ours, it didn't feel like there was much room on the table with drinks and jugs etc.

Food was fantastic, so delicious, first time we had tried and was spare of the moment decision, so recommend booking before going, but they still made effort to fit us in when others left. The bar area and outside are still nice places to enjoy a meal, clean, friendly.... will definitely be back

We went to a birthday lunch here. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and the service quick. Could not recommend more. Definitely a gem of a place for good food.

The best pub in Tableland. The best staffs will serve U delicious food. I can say Rump steak is the best choice.
