Scarborough Beach
Frequent Scarborough area for fish and chips and picnic on the beach. Pet friendly. Picnic and playground amenities available and heaps of parking.

Scarborough Beach
Great views of Moreton Island on a sunny day, but not an ideal beach for playing beach volleyball or cricket. It is, however, great if you don't mind tripping over rocks.

Scarborough Beach
This is a great park to visit when the weather is good. There are great facilities here, shaded seating, BBQ's, public toilets, large grassy areas, Cafes and shops across the road and of course the BEACH which generally has nice calm waters with lots of shells for the kids to collect and plenty of sand for building castles.I would also highly recommend if you are visiting this park and are planning on buying lunch that you go to Bay Boats Fish and Chips which is located nearly the park.

Scarborough Beach
This is a favourite place of mine. We stayed at the Scarborough Beach Caravan, and I took many a walk along the excellent bike and walking paths.

Scarborough Beach
Came up from Tweed and was blown away by how beautiful the place was.The kids loved the playground, shooting baskets and spent a lot of time in the water.Lunch was close by and everyone had an amazing time.

Scarborough foreshore - wheelchair friendly, good for kids (large grassed area, playground, sandy beach), good for walking dogs, BBQ facilities, bicycle repair station, toilet facilities, park benches dotted around the place and plenty of shade.

Yeah umm not the best water. I do like the grainy sand though. Some kind of repairs going on right now, but does not disturb the beach.

Really enjoyed our first visit to Scarborough Beach. Plenty of amenities available for families and restrooms were quite clean and accessible. Playground was enough to keep my young boy amused and interested. Shops close and handy nearby. Parking is a bit challenging as the area is quite popular, but to be expected.Will be visiting again.
