Absolutely brilliant from start to finish from all staff . Thank you very much it’s very refreshing to receive such great service in times like this when parts are scarce and nobody seems to care because they’re too busy . You can see why Gemini are busy and they are a great team of friendly people too

They are as slow as tortoise, gave me car back after almost 3 months, moreover, the battery was jumped start when I was picking it up, and it cost me 130 dollars more apart from bill on the very next day.Did not recommend any1 to go there.

Cheap work because of insurance job. Not satisfied at all. Wouldn’t recommend. There are better places to get your car fixed. Same mark and crack appeared sighing 2 months of fix.

Great service (helped through the whole process getting my car back on the road after an accident), very helpful and good communication between myself and other parties. If I have any issues in the future I'll be visiting Gemini for sure.10/10 for service.

Repairs to the Nissan Patrol were poor. CORNERS CUT. An independent assessor has reviewed the work and believes the welding practices were substandard and the supposedly quality parts were infact bogged up" old parts.Filler used to hide poor repairs."

Hit a roo and AAMI had the car fixed up through Gemini. Took about a month for parts but once they arrived the fix was around a week.Quality of work is high. Car looks new, paint colour matched well. Happy with the results. Thanks.

Apart from sometimes semi disinterested reception staff (the girl who handed over my keys at the end was nice though), can't fault their service, especially Sam the assessor who I was in communication with through the whole process of fixing my car - a rare imported JDM Forester STI. My car was really badly rear-ended. I had to source some discontinued parts myself that Gemini could not (rear STI bumper, aftermarket JDM exhaust muffler and STI rear lights), but Sam worked with me to get these claimed via Shannon's insurance with invoices after I managed to get them from Japan. The repair job was extensive, including pulling out and reshaping a crumpled spare wheel-well and new tailgate. The whole process took about 3.5-4 months but I was happy to wait for a good result, and Shannon's gave me a complementary hire car since I was not at fault so I was not without a car to drive. Sam personally did the handover of my car at the end which was really nice. Before and after shots posted. Great quality repair job!

Fast, efficient, well organised. I was attended to promptly, my visit expected and my assessment completed while I waited. The insurer called me back within 72 hours.

They get parts from the east when we have them here So my car will take 3 months plus to get it back. Sad when you can't support WA business. Ask when its ready and get where waiting on parts. SAD.
