Charged $300 for reseating CPU, application of thermal paste and running a few burn in tests. Didn't fix the underlying problem at all. Polite staff.

I dropped off my laptop for a new battery, service was excellent! My computer is now like new, they gave it a good clean up and removed all the bits that were making it run slow! Money well spent, thank you.

We brought in two 2012 MacBooks, both unusable. Way passed serviceable by Apple but still maintained by Altech.They were both repaired quickly and efficiently and with a smile on the face. We highly recommend them. GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY!
