There a great company to do business through there professional guards are trained in many areas and they know what there doing from little jobs to big events they have it covered .

Shoddy set up of home security system. Still dealing with the fall out of a Christmas break-in. An outside siren was said to be a problem to install (not proven by another company who installed one without too much difficulty). So when the tamper mechanism failed and they were able to disable the siren so it didn't keep going off as they walked around there was no chance of the neighbours hearing anything. The thieves had hours to ransack the house. A request to have a monitored system wasn't explained properly . The excuse given was that I said I was on a budget. But that didn't include making the alarm worse than useless because it could be disabled _as well as_ no-one being alerted it had gone off. The monthly fee is a cost worth paying and is an ongoing manageable cost which didn't have anything to do with the installation budget. What I paid for the alarm to be installed was too much for a system that didn't work properly. I had to get another company in to fix it. I didn't chase a partial refund as I wasn't going to put that company in a position of having to pass on information which might help me get a partial refund. This is the only way I get to vent my frustration.
