Amazing shop, all the university items are available here, you can also buy your subject textbooks from this place, Unishop is right in the side of nab bank in university of Wollongong near building 17. Unishop is opened 5 days a week.You can also find cold drinks at this place, cosmetic products books day to day stuffs everything you can find here.But the thing is Unishop is good and nice to shop but a bit expensive.

It was my first time buying textbooks and I had the list of what I needed. The gentleman asked if I needed assistance so I told him what I needed. He was rather confused and scattered by me and ended up giving me more than what I asked for. I then enquired regarding “Price Match” which had been advertised on SOLS. He then told me they would never do that. He left me as fast as possible after that. I then went to the checkout and asked the lady about it. She was reluctant to help as well. Then proceeded to explain they won’t price match anything found on line. Rather disappointed I bought my $600 worth of books. I looked online at the terms and conditions of “Price Match” and it said they price match online such as Amazon and “brick and mortar” stores too. Hoping to help inform their staff better I sent an email. 2 weeks later and no response.

After arriving at the UniShop shortly after the designated closing time, I cannot thank Frances enough for staying back to provide textbook advice as well as allowing me to leave my details and take the textbook in good faith. A true professional. Thank you.

Cant reccomend the click and collect service, order before 10am pick up after 2pm.Put in an order to pick up the next afternoon, still hadn't been picked out by 1630, staff refused to let me pick it out myself (had a lab at 1800 that the order was for)...Calculators are also half the price at office works.

This is a ridiculous service of University of Wollongong. I travelled from Sydney to Wollongong just to return back a book. They didn't take the book back when it was totally new. Just because I withdrawn from the course that's why I didn't need the book anymore. I never used it. I felt really bad. I had my 3 years old kid with me that time.

It doesn't allow to return books even if the book is brand new and just bought one day ago. The ridiculous shop doesn't consider the feeling of students and real circumstances.

Class general University shop, nice staff and sells most things you need and textbooks. Over priced for small items you can often get elsewhere, but has convenience.
