Stay away. New owners. We gave 2 blue school blazers, both identical. One ok, the other destroyed. When I brought them both back asking why one was dramatically faded, they took no responsibility and then they proceeded to blame the manufacturer. Didn't even apologise.

Incredibly incompetent & unreliable service. I’ve just had an absolutely woeful experience. My son flew in from Sydney on Thurs morning for a Friday evening function. I dropped his suit before lunchtime on Thursday. I was promised it would be cleaned by Friday afternoon. I confirmed closing time verbally with staff who told me 5pm on Friday. I arrived to pick up the suit at 4.45pm and they were shut!!!!! I called the phone number in a panic. Not even an answering machine. I had no other option than to do a mad dash to Southland to buy my son a new suit $$$He flies home Sunday and they’re closed all weekend so now I have to wait till Monday to collect it and send it back to him via post! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!

I have been using Hampton Dry Cleaners for some time now. They are a local and reliable business. No job is too big or small for Len, he takes what he does seriously. I highly recommend this quality local business!
